INDIAN COUNCIL FOR CULTURAL RELATIONS (ICCR) SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

The High Commission of India has allocated sixteen (16) Scholarship slots for Ghanaian students who want to pursue higher studies in India under the Africa Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2020/2021. 

The ICCR Scholarship covers living allowance, house rent, contingent grant and medical assistance to the selected students as per prescribed guidelines. The selected students will also be entitled to one-way economy class airfare and on successful completion of the course, a return economy class airfare will be provided.

Fields of study:

The Scholarship covers studies in all disciplines for Undergraduate/Post-Graduate/Research studies except MBBS/MD/Dentistry/Nursing/Paramedical/Anesthesia courses related to medicine and Fashion courses, under the Africa Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2020-2021.

Eligibility:

Applicant must be 18 years as at the time of application for undergraduate program and not more than 45 of age for Ph.D. applicants.

Mode of application:

The ICCR Scholarship required online application by uploading all the necessary documents through their official website: http:/www.a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in to apply.

Deadline for submission:

The last date for submission of applications for all courses is 29th February, 2020. However in case of Ph.D. holders the date has been extended to 31st August, 2020.

Applicants are informed that the service provided by the Secretariat is FREE and that no Individual, Group or Third Party Entity has been engaged by the Secretariat to assist any applicant.
